Open Question: GIRL PHONE NUMBER & NOW I NEED ADVICE?

Hey i need some advice about this girl number i got. Ok i work at walmart and this girl ask me where something where and i told her, she was all nice and very cute. I kind of figure her and her friend was just tryin to flirt cause they saw other people workin there but they came to me. Anyway i ask her did she have a bf and etc and she told me yes, so i ask her could we be friends and she was like sure...(her friend smile and was laughin like omg hehe) But afther she gave it to me she told me right off the top hey i only really like to txt and I said ok cool i'll txt u later. I txt her later just like i said i were going to but she didnt reply back and 3 days later i txt again but still no reply back. Now its been like a wk and im really thinking about calling her but should i when she told me she only like to txt really??? Ps: Im really lost cause im a 21yr old black guy her friend was white and she was asian and she was soo hot. I dont know how other girls in different race do sooo that really got me like should i call it might make me look bad soo please help me y'all!!!
