Open Question: A voting question for black american Christians…?

I'm having trouble understanding how black americans who consider themselves Christians can vote for someone as far left as Obama. I can understand the concerns and issues you have about race, and why you would want a black president. But does race supersede everything else? Are you aware that he has fought for partial birth abortions, in which full term babies lay on a laundry table and painfully die? I'm just confused how any Christian can vote for someone so grossly liberal, just because he's black. I'm not racist, and any responses accusing me of that will be deleted. It doesn't sound like either of you are christians. A true Christian cannot support liberal politics. They just can't. It's in conflict with the word of God. War is not a sin.
