Open Question: Which candidate do Iraq War veterans and enlisted support? and vice versa?

Posted by carposter  Published in News
"According to an analysis of campaign contributions by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics, Democrat Barack Obama has received nearly six times as much money from troops deployed overseas at the time of their contributions as has Republican John McCain." "Individuals in the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps have all generally leaned Republican this cycle, but the only branch in which that ideology has carried over to the presidential race is the Marine Corps, where McCain leads Obama by about $4,000. In each of the other branches -- including the Navy, in which McCain served when he was taken prisoner during the Vietnam War -- Obama leads by significant margins." http://kennebecjournal.mainetoday.com/view/columns/5376450.html McCains Votes in the Senate illustrate how little he actually cares about enlisted men. he has voted against adequate troop rest between deployments. He voted against the military purchasing safety equipment for the troops and he voted against providing the National Reserve with the equipment they were shorted. he has voted against every increase to Veterans Medical benefits. http://www.veteransforcommonsense.org/articleid/9559 http://politicsandhypocrisy.com/2008/07/10/mccains-veteran-voting-record-not-very-veteran-like/ Barack Obama want to win the war against Al Quada and find Bin Ladin. Read how:http://www.barackobama.com/2007/08/01/the_war_we_need_to_win.php Don't you think McCain is just using the military as a prop. Just like the RNC did last night - The McCain Republican convention hired actors to be military props they did not use real military. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/09/04/cbsnews_investigates/main4415886.shtml Please check my sources, if you have any doubts on any of this.
