Open Question: Can you help our athletes?

I'm an athlete for Birtley Athletics Club near Newcastle in England. We have decided to build a synthetic track to run on because at the moment we can only train on grass which not only DESTROYS our legs, but also puts us at a disadvantage when racing other clubs. Overall it will cost around 500,000 pounds for the track and a clubhouse and as we can't get lottery funding, we have decided to try for the Norwich Union Community Sports Fund. This can give us up to 50,000 pounds towards our total which is a big leap. All we need is votes and we need a lot to come close to the money.
