Open Question: Upper Abdominal pain that goes to my back. PLEASE HELP!!?

I went to the hospital last night for the pain. They gave me iv fluids they checked my gallbladder, my pancrease, and also my apendix. That all cam back fine. My heart rate was high it would be 120 and then just shoot up to 190 and higher. They have no clue what is wrong. They sent me home this morning. Everytime I eat or drink anything it all comes back up. My stomach feels so bloated. What could be wrong can someone help me. I can not stand the pain and the vomitting any more. When my heart rate starts racing about every 15 to 20 minutes and that makes me nauseaus and makes me vomit. Please help!!
