I ran a 30 second 200 m race last week ( after running a 400.. ) so i know with fresh legs i could atleast run a 28. Any tips on how to cut off 5 seconds if thats even possible? I know 5 seconds in the 200 m is a big difference.. but is it even possible or am i just thinking out of my league??
Hopefully i could cut the time by mid april..
