I ran a 30 second 200 m race last week ( after running a 400.. ) so i know with fresh legs i could atleast run a 28. Any tips on how to cut off 5 seconds if thats even possible? I know 5 seconds in the 200 m is a big difference.. but is it even possible or am i just thinking out of my league??
Hopefully i could cut the time by mid april..

I have been doing some research about planet x. They call it different names in all different cultures. They call it Nibiru, planet x, barnard star . This planet is coming towards earth to finish with the human race. It comes by every 13,000 yrs. It will cause the poles to shit. And it will all start on 2012. And big catastrophies will occur. how about all the other races? it seems to me that most of the people against Mexicans including Hispanics themselves, are racists against Mexicans, not illegal alliens, Why?
ok, I’ll ask that too, how many people from central, south americas, Caribe spain england austria europe asia china canada and other places of the world are here illegally so why focus in Mexicans only? isn’t that racism?

Racism is brought on by a generalized opinion of a large suite of people. Do you think some people can go on about a certain generalization to the point of it sounding a true?
Do we generalize people without truly understanding their history.
Should we quit arguing about race and how “black people this, white people that” so that we can concentrate on learning about the reality of their situation? History says a lot, I say and the more we learn about it the more we’re able to embrace each other.
So why are we still discussing race?
What I’m looking for is:
Are you trying to solve problems or create new ones? Just didn’t wanna sound mean, sorry.
Ok I get it. I live in a very diverse city, so I wouldn’t know about true prejudice. But I just think we should fight as individuals instead of bashing others.

Why do many American’s still can’t get racism out of their system? People attack Obama by using his middle name to make him look like an Islamic fundamentalist, when they actually know he is Chrisitian! Are these people for real?
What if the legendary boxer Muhammed Ali was around today in his youth with an active professional career, would they call him Muhammed Ali in a racist way? (they probably did back then, but it was more of his black race than his Muslim name).
Many American legends, historic figures, and soldiers who died for this country have Muslim names, and because of this, I am grateful democracy’s home is at USA.
I guess the same applies in the Arab nations, people over there will make the same judgment about someone with Christian name, assuming they are the devil!
Perhaps, somethings will never change!

AA affects race, gender, the physically and mentally challenged. Possibly religion I would imagine? Here we are in the 21st century, civilized, modernized, technologically advanced and AA still haunts America like a plague. I would one day like to see AA disappear. The question still remains, “In the absence of AA would business large and small be willing to hire people who are otherwise qualified regardless of race, gender, religion, physically or mentally challenged?” If a person is “qualified to do the job” or they’re “qualified” to enter so and so college then there shouldn’t be an issue? Right? ( o _ 0 ) You’re either qualified or your not! Right? I would love to see the day when America starts to embrace cultural diversity in the work place not out of obligation or because it’s the “law”, but to do so because we’ve grown beyond the 1950’s - 1960’s mentality.
That’s why you should vote for me instead! ( ^ _ ^ ) j/k. I’m serious about everything else I’ve said. : )

mmk so i have a friend who is filipino and i understand she likes her race and all but she brings it up all the time. OMG!

I don’t go pointing out every black person i see i’m sure she can she them too.
But why is it ALWAYS race with her. its always “she’s filip.”, “he’s filip.”, “its filip”.
Why can’t she just not pay attention to race? why does race even matter. I don’t care if the person is black white Mexican or asain. it doesn’t matter to me because all ppl are equal.
But she is constantly making it seem like Filipinos are so much better than everyone else. And she’s always bragging about Filipino stuff.
I know its not intentional but it gets on my nerve
