Open Question: Black Peopleam the only one that notice this?

I notice that all the Black Men that date outside their race are the dark sikinned ones. Why do you barely see lightskinned Black Men outside of their race? And I didnt say none of them but many of them dont date out side of their race Amber1 what the hell are you talking about
