Open Question: Do you think that a black family could raise a white child?

First, don't answer this if you have a problem with the question. It is not to say that blacks aren't capable of adopting white children. I know this is a touchy subject when it comes to adoption of children. But, I have seen many white couples adopt black children and never see black couples adopting white children. Black couples have a lot to offer a child of any race but you don't see them adopting babies or kids that aren't of black descent.
