Open Question: have we hit a milestone in equality? (presidential race)?

has anybody really thought about the candidates and x-candidates? we have a woman, a black man, an old man, a morman, a baptist minister.....we've proven one thing, lameness crosses all boundries. i think the best thing that will come out of this election, (probably the only good thing), is that just the fact the forerunners are who they are proves this country has come a long way in a short time.
