Open Question: Illinois auto insurance question here….?

I recently discovered my girlfriend doesn't have auto insurance. Unfortunately I discovered that after I slid on some ice and hit a parked car while driving hers. Is it possible that my insurance company could cover this? The damage to the parked car is minimal compared to her car but I'm still pretty worried. I'm not sure what to do next.
